Ireland Stapleton Announces Holiday Giving Project
02 Dec 2011
This holiday season, Ireland Stapleton and its internal Community Action Committee (CAC) will sponsor 15 children from The Crossing, a transitional housing program ran by the Denver Rescue Mission.
Ireland Stapleton employees will purchase gifts for children living in The Crossing’s transitional housing program. The project is enthusiastically supported by all at Ireland Stapleton. Staff member, Donna Nelson, went above and beyond for the project and hand-painted holiday ornaments for her Ireland Stapleton colleagues who agree to purchase gifts for the children.
“This holiday giving program, spearheaded by our CAC –comprised of staff, paralegals and attorneys –continues our longstanding tradition of volunteer work aimed at helping needy children and homeless persons in Denver,” says K.C. Groves, co-managing director of the firm. “In our ninth decade as a Denver-based law firm, we renew our commitment to serve not only as lawyers and counselors in but as civic leaders in this great community.”
