The Association of Corporate Counsel (ACC) will bring its Managing Litigation as a Business” initiative to Denver on November 1, 2012.
The initiative serves to assist corporate in-house counsel on improving efficiencies, reducing costs and deriving more value from the litigation services and products they purchase from law firms and suppliers. Featured speakers include Mike Roster, former General Counsel Stanford University and Medical School; Ron Peppe, Vice President Legal & Human Resources, Canam Steel Corporation-U.S.; Sam Eberts, Chief Legal Officer, Laboratory Corporation of America Holdings; Brad Nielson, General Counsel–Global Litigation, Shell International BV; Monique Tuttle, Assistant General Counsel, Vail Resorts Management Company; and Murray Aust, former Global Director-External Legal Resources, Royal Bank of Canada.
