This year’s Colorado Super Lawyers include Rebecca L. Almon for Environmental Law, James G. Benjamin and Russell W. Kemp for Real Estate, Kelley B. Duke and K.C. Groves for Business Litigation, Michelle B. Ferguson for Employment and Labor Law, and Julie M. Walker for Professional Liability Defense.
Returning to the list of Colorado Rising Stars is James R. Silvestro for Land Use and Zoning Law. Rising Stars must be either 40 years old or younger or in practice for 10 years or less.

Super Lawyers selects attorneys for its lists using a multiphase selection process, including peer nominations, evaluations, and independent research. Each candidate is evaluated on indicators of peer recognition and professional achievement. The final list represents no more than five percent of the lawyers in the state.
