The Basics Everyone Should Know

Estate Planning is an important topic for everyone to be familiar with. In this presentation, Tom sought to demystify estate planning in Colorado and explain why it is important to think about these topics early and to discuss them with your family. There are many decisions that can and should be made long before a person is incapacitated for health or other reasons. Putting documents together ahead of time, and with the knowledge of all involved parties, can give a family more time to process the very difficult experience of losing a loved one.
