Anna Conrad from Impact Leadership Solutions hosted a frank and honest workshop at Ireland Stapleton on confidence and credibility in the workplace for and Women in Energy. The panel included Marcy Grossman, Canadian Consul General for the Rocky Mountain region, Robyn McVickers, Principal Consultant at Impact Leadership Solutions and Rebecca Almon, Chair of the Environmental Law Practice Group at Ireland Stapleton. Among the many insights offered, Rebecca Almon advised “Be prepared, it’s an impediment to your credibility if you’re not prepared… do the best work you possibly can, take risks and sell your successes.” The event was attended by more than 20 professional women working in the energy sector.
