Harshy Badhesha and Paige Pashea

Ireland Stapleton is pleased to welcome two new associate attorneys, Harshwinder K. Badhesha and Paige J. Pashea.

Badhesha is a litigation attorney representing clients in a wide range of commercial and civil litigation matters including corporate, construction, contract, professional liability, regulatory, real estate, and insurance law. Prior to joining Ireland Stapleton, Badhesha served as a judicial extern for a Denver-based judge on the U.S. Court of Appeals for the Tenth Circuit and for Justice Carlos A. Samour, Jr. of the Colorado Supreme Court. She also worked as a legal intern for the Colorado Attorney General’s Office and a Fortune 500 company. She earned her law degree from the University of Denver Sturm College of Law and her undergraduate degree in molecular cellular development biology from the University of Colorado.

Pashea is a real estate attorney representing clients in transactions involving letters of intent, contract drafting, contract negotiation, due diligence, and financing. While in law school, she worked as a law clerk at Lockheed Martin Space and Arcadis U.S., Inc., and she served as a judicial extern in the 18th Judicial District. Pashea earned her law degree from the University of Denver Sturm College of Law and her undergraduate degree in political science from Missouri State University.
