Ireland Stapleton attorney Jenn Kinkade has been selected to the board of the Young Lawyers Division of the Colorado Lawyers Committee.

Kinkade will serve as Co-Chair of the Fundraising and Events Committee, where she will be responsible for planning events and coordinating fundraising efforts to help support the organization’s mission.

The Colorado Lawyers Committee is a nonpartisan consortium of almost 80 Colorado law firms, attorneys, and community advocates dedicated to creating and increasing opportunities for disadvantaged communities through advocacy, negotiation, and litigation. The Young Lawyers Division offers young lawyers and law students an opportunity to make a difference in the community and to participate in leadership roles within the organization. 

In her practice as an employment attorney, Kinkade advises clients in all aspects of employment and labor, including discrimination and harassment policies and issues, COVID-related policies, wage and hour issues, and employment agreements, including non-compete or non-solicitation agreements. In addition to her employment practice, Jennifer’s litigation experience is broad and has covered a wide variety of disputes, including employment and labor lawsuits, real property disputes, contract litigation, and trade secret cases.
