Ireland Stapleton attorney, Michael R. Miller, has been named to Habitat for Humanity of Metro Denver’s Board of Directors.
Habitat for Humanity of Metro Denver, part of the larger Habitat for Humanity global nonprofit housing organization, builds and sells homes to hard-working families in need of affordable housing. They have built more than 500 homes throughout their 34-year history in Denver. The organization hosted on of four Jimmy & Rosalynn Carter Work Projects in 2013.
Miller, who is of counsel with Ireland Stapleton Pryor & Pascoe and general counsel for an international management consultancy, provides legal counsel to businesses on a variety of transactions including complex merger and acquisition transactions, private equity transactions, joint venture and business restructurings. He will serve a three year term on the Habitat Board.
