Cameron Hollingshead is an associate attorney at Ireland Stapleton Pryor & Pascoe, PC with a practice in real estate, commercial transactions and environmental law. He handles a variety of real estate matters ranging from ranches to affordable housing, and is particularly interested in legal applications of geographic information systems. Mr. Hollingshead joined Ireland Stapleton after nearly five years as a broker and attorney at Krambo Corporation, a boutique investment bank focused on affordable housing finance. There, he was involved in dozens of real estate financing transactions between middle-market banks and chapters of Habitat for Humanity across the country. During law school, Cameron served as a legislative intern to Washington, DC Councilmember Mary M. Cheh.

Community Involvement

  • Mr. Hollingshead is active with Habitat for Humanity of Denver’s Young Professionals group, and he has helped guide Habitat for Humanity of Metro Denver through numerous loan leveraging transactions.
  • Voting Member of the Indiana University of Pennsylvania Council of Trustees and two if its standing committees, Student Affairs and Academic Affairs from 2001 – 2003. Served as an ex officio member of the Alumni Association and the Student Co-op.

Personal Interests

He enjoys road cycling, gardening and reading. He’s also learning to cook Sichuan and Ethiopian cuisine.
