Kobi A. Webb is a commercial litigation, property tax, and real estate attorney at Ireland Stapleton Pryor & Pascoe, PC. She is a member of the firm’s litigation practice group and hones her expertise on all issues impacting real property.

Ms. Webb advocates for her clients proactively and with well-reasoned judgment. Drawing on her experience as in-house counsel for a mountain resort public company, she brings a strong business perspective to her practice, understanding the dynamics of business and developing legal solutions tailored to each client. She has a proven track record of delivering favorable results once a matter is in dispute, but is also proficient at advising clients on effective ways to mitigate risk before any issues arise.

Ms. Webb’s experience includes representing owners of high-value properties to reduce their property tax burden and helping individuals and business owners to defend or pursue claims related to land disputes, breaches of contract, intellectual property infringement, special districts, eminent domain, energy, and corporate matters. She also helps clients with transaction and real estate related documents, including contracts, commercial leases, promissory notes, and buy-sell agreements.

Prior to her legal career, Ms. Webb spent four years in government service as a Nuclear Weapons Technician in the United States Air Force. She devotes time to providing pro bono services to the veteran community in Colorado.
