Paige Pashea is an attorney in Ireland Stapleton’s business law and real estate practice groups. Committed to understanding the nuances of her clients’ specific industries, Paige focuses her practice on delivering a full range of legal services to clients during the life cycle of their real estate transactions including, letters of intent, contract drafting, contract negotiation, due diligence, and financing. By conducting thorough and efficient due diligence, Paige helps her clients identify and address potential complications that clients might encounter during their transactions.
Prior to joining Ireland Stapleton, Paige was a summer associate at the firm where she focused on real estate, general business matters, and regulatory work. During law school, Paige was a law clerk working in-house at Lockheed Martin Space and Arcadis U.S., Inc., where she analyzed contracts and advised the company on complex legal issues related to COVID-19. She also served as a judicial extern in the 18th Judicial District where she conducted legal research and drafted opinions and motions on various issues.
