Paige Pashea is an attorney in Ireland Stapleton’s real estate and business law practice groups. Committed to understanding the nuances of her clients’ specific industries, Paige focuses her practice on delivering a full range of legal services to clients in a variety of real estate matters, including acquisition, development, leasing, financing, and disposition. Paige works with property owners, developers, landlords, commercial tenants, sellers, and purchasers in matters involving vacant land, ranches, office buildings, apartments, shopping centers, and mixed-use complexes. In connection with Paige’s practice, she counsels clients in all phases of their transactions, including letters of intent, contract drafting, contract negotiation, due diligence, title and survey matters, and financing. In connection with Paige’s extensive leasing practice, she represents both landlords and tenants in the negotiation of industrial, office, and retail leases.
Prior to joining Ireland Stapleton, Paige was a summer associate at the firm where she focused on real estate, general business matters, and regulatory work. During law school, Paige was a law clerk working in-house at Lockheed Martin Space and Arcadis U.S., Inc., where she analyzed contracts and advised the company on complex legal issues related to COVID-19. She also served as a judicial extern in the 18th Judicial District where she conducted legal research and drafted opinions and motions on various issues.
