Veronica Torok is an attorney in Ireland Stapleton’s business law and real estate practice groups. Veronica provides counsel on corporate contracts and governance, real estate, land use, environmental, and energy matters.

Recognizing that the best legal advice is context- and client-driven, Veronica takes a highly communicative approach to client representation. Veronica enjoys developing creative, practical solutions with clients and using emerging legal technology to improve the efficiency and accessibility of legal representation.

During law school at the University of Denver, Veronica gained business law and real estate experience as a summer associate with Ireland Stapleton, as a law clerk for a national firm, and as an intern with the City and County of Denver City Attorney’s Office. Veronica won first place in schoolwide competitions for transactional negotiation and legal technology innovation and second place in Georgetown Law’s international Iron Tech competition for a legal app she developed with another law student. She also served as a data privacy law research assistant and as a Staff Editor for the University of Denver Water Law Review.

Prior to law school, Veronica worked in the immigration law and education fields in the U.S. and Spain, where she gained the pragmatism and intercultural communication ability that enrich her current practice.
