Zach Price, a Colorado native, is an associate attorney at Ireland Stapleton Pryor & Pascoe. In his practice, Mr. Price represents a diverse clientele and handles a wide range of commercial litigation matters in both state and federal court, including corporate governance, contract, insurance, and real property disputes. In addition, Mr. Price regularly represents owners of real property in Colorado in property tax appeals.
Prior to joining the firm, Mr. Price practiced in the Los Angeles and Denver offices of the law firm WilmerHale LLP. There his practice focused on a diverse range of litigation and regulatory matters, including intellectual property litigation, various forms of government investigations, and arbitration of international patent disputes.
Mr. Price graduated from the University of Southern California Gould School of Law, where he worked as a student attorney in the International Human Rights Clinic, researching various issues of international asylum law and treaty law, and drafting a complaint to submit to the Inter-American Commission on Human Rights. During law school Mr. Price also participated in a veterans’ advocacy clinic, where he drafted discharge upgrade applications for several veteran clients. He also completed a judicial externship with the Honorable John L. Kane of the United States District Court for the District of Colorado. There he researched various issues in civil matters, involving tort, contract, and employment law.
Before law school, Mr. Price worked as a Deputy Probation Officer in Boulder County.Presentations & Publications
