Zachary Mueller is a business attorney at Ireland Stapleton. In his practice he advises small to mid-size businesses with matters involving contract review, drafting and negotiations; corporate formation and structure; and regulatory compliance with both state and federal regulations. Mr. Mueller assists his clients at every stage of the business life cycle, from their founding to the merger, acquisition or sale process.
Prior to joining Ireland Stapleton, Mr. Mueller graduated from the University of Colorado Law School where he was a member of the Colorado Law Review and worked as a student attorney in the Entrepreneurial Law Clinic. Mr. Mueller also worked with entrepreneurs and venture capitalists to design novel funding structures for startups in rural Colorado. He analyzed whether revenue-based investment instruments could replace traditional venture capital funding models and provide capital to under-resourced rural startups.
Before law school, Mr. Mueller served as a Peace Corps Volunteer in Ethiopia from 2014-2016. He taught high school English in a rural town and helped lead English skill-building summer camps for secondary school students.Memberships
