Ireland Stapleton congratulates the Honorable Kimberley H. Tyson on her appointment to the United States Bankruptcy Court for the District of Colorado.
Judge Tyson, previously a Director at Ireland Stapleton, was appointed to the bench by the United States Court of Appeals for the Tenth Circuit on May 12, 2017. The Honorable Philip Brimmer, U.S. District Judge for the District of Colorado administered the oath to Judge Tyson. A ceremonial investiture took place on July 21, 2017. The Honorable Marcia S. Krieger, Chief Judge for the United States District Court for the District of Colorado, and the Honorable Michael E. Romero, Chief Judge for the United States Bankruptcy Court for the District of Colorado, presided over the investiture ceremony. Judge Tyson will have chambers in Denver.
