Litigation attorney Thomas J. Wolf has earned recertification as a civil trial advocate by the National Board of Trial Advocacy. He is recognized by NBTA for 25 years of certification in civil trial law, and he is also recognized for civil pretrial practice law.

All NBTA certified attorneys undergo a rigorous review process. They must demonstrate they have substantial trial experience and provide judicial and peer references to attest to their competency. Approximately three percent of American attorneys are board certified. The NBTA was formed out of a strong conviction that both the law profession and its clients would benefit from an organization designed specifically to create an objective set of standards illustrating an attorney’s experience and expertise in the practice of trial law. Wolf has been an NBTA certified civil trial advocate since 1993, and he has been NBTA certified in civil pretrial practice since 2012.

In his practice, Wolf, an experienced trial attorney, represents businesses and individuals in complex civil litigation matters, involving trade secrets, unfair competition, commercial lease/finance, breach of asset purchase agreements, real estate development and lending, commercial fraud, and minority shareholder claims.

In his career, Wolf has been involved in more than 100 trials, including numerous jury trials. Additionally, he serves on Ireland Stapleton’s Executive Committee. He earned his law degree from the University of Denver Sturm College of Law and his undergraduate degree from the University of Colorado.
