Julie Walker, who will be presenting alongside Rick Zieglowsky and Giovanni Ruscitti, leads both the Ireland Stapleton litigation and alternative dispute resolution (ADR) practice groups. She has extensive trial and litigation experience, in particular representing construction-related companies and other sophisticated clients in high-stakes and strategically important matters. She has also represented clients in arbitrations and mediations across the country. As an arbitrator and mediator, Julie serves on the Commercial, Construction, and Consumer panels with the American Arbitration Association; she is a member of the American Arbitration Association’s Roster of Mediators; and she serves on the Construction Defect Resolution Services arbitration and mediation panels.
