Ireland Stapleton is proud to help sponsor the Colorado Judicial Institute (CJI)’s annual Judicial Excellence for Colorado Gala.
This year’s event will bring together over 500 businesses, civic leaders, attorneys from leading law firms, and judges to celebrate the 2025 Judicial Excellence Award honorees and to demonstrate support for the Colorado court system.
This year’s honorees are:
- District Court Chief Judge Susan Blanco, 8th Judicial District
- County Court Judge John Mochel, Las Animas & Huerfano Counties, 3rd Judicial District
- Magistrate Melissa Annis, Denver County Court, 2nd Judicial District
This year, CJI will also honor Chief Judge Ryan Stuart of the 23rd Judicial District with a special Judicial Leadership Award.
The Judicial Excellence for Colorado Gala is CJI’s biggest fundraiser and helps to subsidize their important work throughout the year. CJI is a nonprofit organization with a mission to promote excellence, equity, impartiality, and public trust in Colorado’s courts through outreach, education, and engagement.
