Litigation attorney, Kelley B. Duke, has become an American Arbitration Association panel member.
Adding to her robust litigation practice, Duke will serve as a neutral arbitrator for cases involving complex commercial litigation. “Arbitration provides speed, economy and justice for parties that want to resolve conflicts out of court,” said Duke.
Duke is an experienced trial attorney and leads Ireland Stapleton’s litigation practice group.
