Kelley B. Duke, trial lawyer at Ireland Stapleton Pryor & Pascoe, PC, has been chosen to participate in Leadership Denver 2013.

Leadership Denver is a program that develops community leaders and enhances the civic infrastructure of the Denver Metro region.  The program is hosted by the Denver Metro Chamber Leadership Foundation.  Duke is one of 55 Denver community leaders who will discuss and learn about the challenges facing the Denver Metro area.  Through the program, she will expand her commitment to voluntary civic responsibility.

Duke’s practice focuses on complex commercial litigation.  She prosecutes and defends various size companies in a variety of industries including e-commerce, marketing and public relations, franchises, snow sports, oil and gas, special districts, real estate and ranch properties on matters involving antitrust, breach of contract and fiduciary duty, the protection of intellectual property and trade secrets, residential and commercial real estate litigation, development and water rights disputes, commerce clause and equal protection claims, employment law issues, and construction defect disputes.  She has extensive expertise involving breach of fiduciary duty claims, non-compete agreements, and misappropriation of trade secrets.  Additionally, Duke is active in the community.  She sits on numerous committees for the Women’s Foundation of Colorado, is a member of the board of directors for The Gathering Place and is actively involved in the Rocky Mountain Children’s Law Center.
