Regulatory attorney Sean Jennings has been elected to the WorldDenver Board of Directors.
Sean, who previously served on the organization’s board of young professionals, will now serve on the Board of Directors and as Board Secretary. In this role, he will help WorldDenver expand the community of engaged global citizens and organizations in Colorado. He will help foster the organization’s educational programs, cross-cultural exchange, and interactions with international leaders and professionals visiting Denver from all corners of the world.
In his law practice, Sean advices businesses on regulatory compliance, government relations, and corporate matters. He regularly appears before state and local government agencies, boards and commissions, and elected councils. He works with clients on licensing, zoning, compliance, and government enforcement actions and investigations.
WorldDenver is a nonprofit organization dedicated to understanding world affairs and cultures. WorldDenver brings international visitors to Denver through a partnership with the U.S. State Department and provides additional programs for Coloradans to connect with global experts, leaders and ideas. Past speakers include Reza Aslan, Ban Ki-Moon, former Secretary of Defense Robert Gates and Ambassador Dennis Ross.
