Kelley, who has been an integral part of the firm’s leadership team for several years, takes on this expanded role, overseeing daily operations and helping drive continued growth and innovation at Ireland Stapleton.

In her new position as Ireland Stapleton’s top executive, Kelley is responsible for the firm’s operational strategy. She focuses on optimizing efficiency and reinforcing the firm’s commitment to delivering exceptional legal services with integrity to clients across a broad range of industries.

Before she was appointed Managing Director, Kelley held several senior leadership positions within the firm, where she played a key role in shaping strategic direction and driving organizational success.
