Ireland Stapleton is pleased to announce that attorney Kobi Webb has re-joined the Firm after serving as senior litigation counsel at an international mountain resort company.
Webb is a member of the Firm’s litigation practice group and focuses her expertise on issues impacting businesses and real property. She is adept at navigating clients through a diverse range of complex issues, including breach of contract, intellectual property, eminent domain, business dissolution, environmental, and securities claims. She also has experience representing owners of high-value properties with valuation assessments and property tax appeals.

Webb most recently served as in-house counsel for Vail Resorts. Prior to that, she was an associate and a summer associate at Ireland Stapleton. She earned her law degree from the University of Denver Sturm College of Law and her undergraduate degree from the University of Colorado.
