As you know from our Employment Law update last month, the Federal Trade Commission (”FTC”) finalized a rule to ban non-competition agreements nationwide, with limited exceptions (“Rule").

The landscape of federal employment laws has undergone significant transformations, in the past couple of months, requiring employers to remain vigilant and adapt to a dynamic legal environment.

Federal and state employment and labor laws have undergone dramatic transformations this year so far. Many of these changes will affect private and public employers of all sizes and will require significant changes to an employer’s leave policies, reporting policies for harassment claims, religious and disability accommodations practices, and job posting practices.
