TerraCap Management, a privately held investment firm headquartered in Estero, Florida, has just acquired two commercial office buildings in the Denver Tech Center. On October 30, TerraCap purchased 5575 DTC Parkway and 4949 S. Syracuse. In the last 18 months, TerraCap as acquired a total of eight commercial office buildings, four of which are in the Denver Tech Center and four of which are in the South Colorado Boulevard corridor of Denver and Glendale.
“This acquisition evidences the continuing confidence of institutional investors and lenders in the Denver commercial real estate market,” said Ireland Stapleton real estate attorney Jim Benjamin local counsel for these deals.
With the acquisition of the Syracuse Office Center and the Terrace Office Center, TerraCap Management now owns and operates more than 1.7 million square feet of commercial office properties. Chris Thompson, TerraCap’s Director of Asset Management, is responsible for the leasing and strategic management of its assets located in Colorado. As demonstration of TerraCap’s all-in commitment to Colorado, Mr. Thompson became a permanent resident in Colorado in June and opened TerraCap’s Colorado offices located in TerraCap’s Centerpoint I Office Center.
