Hannah Le is an attorney in Ireland Stapleton’s business law practice group. With a keen interest in the intersection of technology and the law, she provides strategic counsel and negotiates complex transactions for clients across a multitude of industries and practice areas. These areas include but are not limited to tax, special districts, employment, real estate, and regulatory matters. Hannah is recognized for her creative and innovative method, which she formulates through a detail-oriented and collaborative approach.

During her tenure at the University of Denver Sturm College of Law, Hannah curated a holistic and experiential learning experience. She studied antitrust and competition laws in Sorrento, Italy, a venture that not only fortified her interest in transactional work but also broadened her cultural perspective. She collaborated with a community organization to develop a legal app, which was honored with the People’s Choice Award in schoolwide competitions for legal technology. Hannah served as a clerk for Judge Eric Elliff at the Denver District Court and gained practical experience through multiple in-house roles. Her role as a data privacy law research assistant, coupled with her position as a Staff Editor for the University of Denver Journal of International Law and Policy, and her active membership in the Low-Income Taxpayer Clinic, further enriched her legal expertise and strengthened her ability to adapt to new environments quickly and efficiently.
