India Kidd Aaron

India joined Ireland Stapleton as an Associate in February 2024.  Her primary focus is litigation including financial disputes, contract disputes, defamation claims, and plaintiff and defense work.

Prior to joining Ireland Stapleton, India carefully crafted a career focused on the financial sector including work in both the private and public sectors.  Most recently, she enforced Colorado’s securities laws as an Assistant Attorney General at the Colorado Attorney General’s office.   Prior to that, India worked as an Associate at BlackRock where she focused on transactional work including negotiating enterprise contracts.  Her experience at BlackRock introduced her to the intricacies of corporate disputes and encouraged her to expand her practice to include litigation.  India also worked in the United States Senate on matters including the Dodd-Frank Wall Street Reform and Consumer Protection Act.

When India is not practicing law or spending time with family and friends, she enjoys one of her many sustainable hobbies including designing and sewing upcycle clothing, sustainable gardening, and gluten free baking.
