Tracy A. Oldemeyer

Tracy Oldemeyer joined Ireland Stapleton in 2023, bringing with her nearly three decades of private practice experience in litigation, arbitration, and administrative proceedings. Her practice encompasses matters involving 9-1-1 and telecommunications, general civil litigation, complex commercial litigation, and insurance. She advises on governance, contracts, business torts, personal injuries, insurance coverage, tax appeals, tariffs, legislation, and administrative rulemakings. Tracy represents individuals, businesses, nonprofits, governmental entities, and business associations. She practices at the trial and appellate levels in several state and federal courts, as well as before the Federal Communications Commission and the Colorado Public Utilities Commission. She is a member of the American Board of Trial Advocates and the Federal Communications Bar.

Tracy’s practice is based in Fort Collins, Colorado. She is active and engaged in her local community, serving as a member of commissions in the 8^th Judicial District and as a director on non-profit boards. Tracy, her husband, and their two adult children have appreciated the opportunity to live, work, and recreate in the beauty of northern Colorado.
