Regulatory law attorney John “Sean” E. Jennings, III has been appointed to the City of Denver’s Liquor Common Consumption Work Group.
In his practice, Jennings advises clients in regulated industries, including alcoholic beverages, cannabis, transportation, gaming, energy, public utilities, and short-term rentals, on licensing, permitting, zoning, compliance, government enforcement actions, and investigations. He has served on public working groups and rule making committees for the State of Colorado and the City and County of Denver. Prior to joining Ireland Stapleton, he was the hearings manager for Denver’s Department of Excise and Licenses.
