Ireland Stapleton is proud to announce that regulatory attorney Sean Jennings has been elected to serve on the Board of Directors of the Energy Bar Association (EBA)’s Rocky Mountain Chapter.
The Rocky Mountain Chapter of the EBA focuses on issues in energy regulation specific to the Rocky Mountain region of the United States. The Chapter covers the states of Colorado, New Mexico, Montana, Utah, and Wyoming. The EBA is an international nonprofit association of attorneys and professionals active in all areas of energy law. In his role on the Board, Sean looks forward to helping the Chapter develop programming and network-building opportunities for the Rocky Mountain energy bar community.
In his practice, Sean represents clients in matters involving regulatory law, government relations, and commercial transactions. He helps public and private sector clients in the energy industry navigate utility proceedings, renewable energy opportunities, regulatory compliance, and policy matters. He regularly appears before the Colorado Public Utilities Commission and other state and local government agencies.
