The Above & Beyond Award recognizes SCG Legal members who have provided extraordinary contributions, support, and commitment to the network. Kelley was selected for this award due to the significant contributions she has made to the organization while serving as a long-time member and former Board Chair. Her contributions include launching the New Partner Institute, an executive training program for members recently made partner; revitalizing the Women in Law Task Force; and establishing the Innovation Committee, which assists member firms around the world with their artificial intelligence strategy.

Kelley B. Duke is an experienced litigator and trial attorney who chaired the Firm’s litigation practice group for ten years and now serves on the Firm’s Executive Committee. Her practice includes serving as a lead advocate to national and international clients in complex commercial litigation matters. In addition, Kelley serves as a strategic advisor and outside general counsel to multiple clients in diverse industries, including oil and gas, transportation, supply chain management, banking, marketing, public relations, packaging and distribution, and special districts. She served as Board Chair of SCG Legal from 2021 to 2022.
