Litigation attorney Mark E. Lacis has been named a director and shareholder at the Denver-based law firm, Ireland Stapleton Pryor & Pascoe, PC.
Lacis is a trial lawyer who has substantial experience litigating complex commercial disputes and intellectual property matters for businesses ranging from startups to large publicly-traded companies in various industries, including technology, energy, insurance and real estate.

Groves. “Mark’s experience litigating complex commercial cases, especially intellectual property disputes, is extensive and he is a great asset to the firm and our litigation practice group.”
Lacis has been part of Ireland Stapleton’s robust litigation practice group since August 2006 and has tried many cases to verdict. He earned his law degree from Seton Hall University School of Law and earned a bachelor’s degree from Rutgers College. Lacis is currently serving the community as a member of the Colorado Bar Association’s Ethics Committee; as a commissioner for the Town of Superior’s Planning Commission; and as a member of on the steering committee for Mile High United Way’s Emerging Leader’s Council.
