Ireland Stapleton is proud to announce that attorney Lidiana Rios has been named a Director of the Firm.
Lidiana joined Ireland Stapleton in 2019 and is a government affairs, regulatory, and litigation attorney. In her practice, Lidiana represents companies and individuals in a wide range of business matters, including governance and contract disputes, trade secrets, unfair competition, and fraud. She can effectively handle dispute resolution, trials, appeals, arbitrations, mediations, and regulatory proceedings. In addition, she advises investors, creditors, developers, intellectual property holders, and other license-holders in regulatory compliance matters. Lidiana has experience representing Spanish-speaking business clients in all of these areas.

Prior to joining Ireland Stapleton, Lidiana clerked for former Colorado Supreme Court Justice (now 10th Circuit Judge) Allison H. Eid. She also clerked at the Municipal Operations department of the Denver City Attorney’s Office, and interned with Denver Mayor John Hickenlooper’s Office of Sustainability. Lidiana is passionate about being of service to her community, serving as Vice Chair of the Colorado Bar Association Litigation Section, Board Member of Convivir Colorado, Secretary of the Colorado Bar Association Foundation, and representing pro bono clients in immigration and small business matters.
