Kobi A. Webb is an experienced commercial litigation, property tax, and real estate attorney. She represents businesses and individuals and serves as outside general counsel to rural electric cooperatives in Colorado.

Ms. Webb advocates for her clients proactively and with well-reasoned judgment. Drawing on her experience as in-house counsel for a public company, she brings a strong business perspective to her practice, understanding the dynamics and importance of developing legal solutions tailored to each client. She has a proven track record of delivering favorable results once a matter is in dispute but is also proficient at advising clients on effective ways to mitigate risk before any issues arise.

Ms. Webb’s experience includes representing owners of high-value properties to reduce their property tax burden and helping individuals and business owners to defend or pursue claims related to land disputes, breaches of contract, special district issues, eminent domain, energy, and corporate matters. She also helps clients with transaction and real estate related documents, including contracts, commercial leases, promissory notes, and buy-sell agreements.

Prior to her legal career, Ms. Webb spent four years in government service as a Nuclear Weapons Technician in the United States Air Force. She devotes time to providing pro bono services to the veteran community in Colorado.
