Firm Announces 2026 Executive Committee and Practice Leadership

Ireland Stapleton Pryor & Pascoe, PC announces its 2026 Executive Committee and practice leadership appointments, reflecting the firm’s continued focus on partnership, strategic growth, and delivering legal excellence to clients across Colorado and beyond.

After 13 years of dedicated service on the Executive Committee, Erica L. Tarpey has stepped down from the committee. During her tenure, Tarpey helped guide the firm through significant growth and transformation, strengthening its culture, operations, and long-term vision. The firm extends its sincere gratitude for her leadership and lasting contributions.

Ben Larson has joined the Executive Committee and will serve as Chief Financial Officer. In this role, Larson will oversee the firm’s financial strategy and planning as Ireland Stapleton continues to invest intentionally in its people, clients, and future.

The firm’s 2026 Executive Committee includes:

The firm also announced new leadership for its Litigation Practice Area. Ben Larson and Lidiana Rios have been appointed Co-Chairs, where they will lead strategy, collaboration, and client service across the firm’s litigation practice.

Ireland Stapleton’s litigation team represents clients in complex disputes across industries and forums, combining sharp legal insight with a commitment to practical, results-driven solutions. The co-chairs will focus on strengthening the practice’s depth, fostering teamwork, and ensuring clients receive clear guidance through challenging matters.
