Julie Walker to Present on AI in Construction ADR

Ireland Stapleton attorney Julie Walker will serve as a faculty member for the American Arbitration Association’s upcoming webinar, “AI in Construction ADR: Protecting Expert Work Product While Preserving Fairness and Expert Credibility,” on October 1, 2026.

The webinar is the second session in AAA’s three-part AI in Construction Arbitration series, which explores how artificial intelligence is changing the way construction disputes are prepared, presented, and resolved. The series provides practical guidance for arbitrators, litigators, and in-house counsel on the use of AI throughout the arbitration process.

During the October 1 session, Julie and her fellow panelists will discuss the growing role of AI in expert testimony, including how attorneys and arbitrators can prepare for and challenge AI-assisted expert opinions while protecting expert work product and maintaining fairness and credibility. The program will also examine how arbitrators approach admissibility and fairness under Federal Rule of Evidence 702 and proposed Rule 707.

Julie, who also serves as an AAA panelist, will be joined by Drew Baiter, Managing Director at Secretariat International and AAA panelist, and U.S. Magistrate Judge Maritza Dominguez Braswell of the District of Colorado. Jacqueline Vega Cintron, Vice President of the American Arbitration Association, will moderate the discussion.
