Timothy J. Flynn

Timothy J. Flynn is an Ireland Stapleton attorney who has been practicing law since 1980. He represents a variety of local governments, including special districts (especially water and sanitation districts), authorities, and municipalities. Tim has a broad background in real property and general litigation.

He is a graduate of Claremont McKenna College and University of Utah College of Law. Tim continues his practice in representation of local governments, general litigation, probate administration, and wills and trusts.
