Biography

Elizabeth  is a Director in the firm’s Real Estate practice group, where she represents clients in a wide range of real estate matters across Colorado and nationwide. She brings a practical, business-minded approach to each client’s unique needs, with deep experience structuring, negotiating, and closing complex transactions, including acquisitions, dispositions, leasing, development, and financing.

Based in Denver, Elizabeth is a trusted advisor to ranch owners, developers,special districts, landlords, tenants, and companies of all sizes navigatingColorado’s dynamic and rapidly evolving real estate markets. Her work spansoffice, retail, agricultural, industrial, and government-use properties acrossurban, suburban, and resort communities.

Representative experience includes:

  • Negotiating purchase and sale     agreements for ranch and commercial properties statewide
  • Representing landlords and tenants     in office, retail, and industrial leases
  • Resolving title, survey, and due     diligence matters for complex land transactions
  • Advising on entitlements and land     use considerations in development projects

With a background in environmental and regulatory law, Elizabeth deliversefficient, practical solutions that protect client interests and movetransactions forward. She draws on her deep knowledge of Colorado’s regulatoryframeworks, market trends, and local practices to help clients anticipatechallenges and close deals with confidence.

Before joining Ireland Stapleton in 2013, Elizabeth practiced at Wiley Rein,LLP, focusing on environmental regulatory issues.
