Biography

Kobi A. Webb is an experienced attorney at Ireland Stapleton whose practice focuses on utilities, property tax, and litigation matters. She represents businesses and individuals and serves as outside general counsel to rural electric cooperatives throughout Colorado.

Kobi advocates for her clients with a proactive and thoughtful approach. Drawing on her experience as in house counsel for a public company, she brings a strong business perspective to her practice and understands the importance of developing legal solutions tailored to each client’s objectives. While she has a proven record of achieving favorable outcomes in disputed matters, she also emphasizes risk mitigation and strategic planning to help clients avoid disputes before they arise.

Her experience includes representing owners of high value properties in efforts to reduce property tax assessments and advising individuals and businesses in disputes involving land use, breach of contract, special district matters, eminent domain, energy, and corporate issues. Kobi also assists clients with transactional and real estate related documents, including contracts, commercial leases, promissory notes, and buy sell agreements.

Before beginning her legal career, Kobi served four years in government service as a Nuclear Weapons Technician in the United States Air Force. She is committed to public service and regularly provides pro bono legal assistance to members of the veteran community in Colorado.
