
Tracy Oldemeyer joined Ireland Stapleton in 2023. She has three decades of private practice experience in general civil litigation, complex commercial litigation, insurance matters, mediation, arbitration, and administrative proceedings. She represents clients at the trial and appellate levels in state and federal courts, and she regularly appears before state regulatory agencies. Her practice includes matters involving telecommunications. Her clients include companies and nonprofits, as well as Colorado governmental entities, boards, and authorities.
Tracy advises clients on board governance, contracts, business torts, insurance coverage, and federal and state regulations. Her work also includes proposed legislation and administrative rulemaking. She is a member of the American Board of Trial Advocates and the Federal Communications Bar Association.
Based in Fort Collins, Colorado, Tracy is active in her local community. She has served on judicial nominating and judicial performance commissions in the Eighth Judicial District and has held leadership roles on nonprofit boards. Tracy and her husband have two adult children, and they value the opportunity to live, work, and recreate in northern Colorado.
