Ireland Stapleton marked a century of service, relationships and community with a Centennial Celebration at the Denver Art Museum on September 10, bringing together over 350 clients, colleagues, alumni, friends and members of the firm.

The evening was designed to celebrate not only Ireland Stapleton’s 100-year history, but the people and relationships that have shaped the firm since its founding in Denver in 1926. Guests enjoyed an evening of cocktails, interactive food stations, live music, gallery access and opportunities to connect throughout one of Denver’s most iconic settings.

A highlight of the evening was the return of the Monte Pascoe Civic Leadership Award, which recognizes an individual whose leadership and extraordinary service have made a lasting impact on the community. Denver Mayor Mike Johnston joined the celebration to present the 2026 award to Bill Fulton, honoring his commitment to civic leadership and service.

Managing Director Kelley Duke later welcomed guests and reflected on Ireland Stapleton’s first century, recognizing the clients, alumni, attorneys, staff, friends and families who have contributed to the firm’s legacy. Her remarks also looked ahead to the next 100 years and the firm’s continued commitment to its clients, its people and the communities it serves.

The remainder of the evening was filled with music, conversation, food, gallery touring and celebration—a fitting way to commemorate a milestone 100 years in the making.

For Ireland Stapleton, the Centennial Celebration was more than a look back. It was a celebration of the relationships, values and commitment to service that have defined the firm for a century—and that will continue to guide it into its next 100 years.
