Lidiana Rios is a litigation, regulatory, and employment attorney at Ireland Stapleton. Lidiana litigates business matters including governance and contract disputes, trade secrets, unfair competition, and fraud, representing clients in trials, appeals, arbitrations, and mediations. In her regulatory practice, Lidiana advises entities and license-holders in their dealings and compliance with government agencies. As an employment attorney, Lidiana identifies and solves clients’ employment issues and helps them maintain compliance with ever-changing laws. Lidiana is deeply committed to community involvement, serving on the Board of Convivir Colorado, as a mentor for young attorneys and aspiring attorneys, and providing pro bono immigration and nonprofit representation.
