A seasoned trial lawyer with more than 30 years of litigation experience, Nancy is widely regarded as a leader in legal ethics, attorney regulation, and professional responsibility.

Nancy’s distinguished career includes serving as Chief Deputy Regulation Counsel for the Colorado Supreme Court and as Chair of the Colorado Bar Association’s Ethics Committee. She has served as a special master and hearing officer in complex legal matters and was most recently a founding partner at Cohen|Black Law, where she focused on professional liability, legal ethics, and civil litigation.
