Jennifer is aSenior Attorney in Ireland Stapleton’s Estate Planning practice group, whereshe focuses on the areas of estate planning, probate, trust administration, andrelated tax matters. Jennifer counsels clients on all aspects of estateplanning, including wills, revocable and irrevocable trusts, powers ofattorney, healthcare directives, and strategies designed to minimize taxconsequences and simplify the transfer of wealth. She works closely withindividuals and families to design estate plans that are tailored to theirunique goals and circumstances. Jennifer also provides guidance to fiduciariesand beneficiaries as they navigate probate and trust administration matters.She focuses on finding practical solutions to resolve complex estate and trustissues and is committed to making the legal processes feel manageable andunderstandable for her clients during what can often be a difficult time.
