Biography

David Manush is an associate in Ireland Stapleton Pryor & Pascoe’s Litigation group.  David’s practice focuses on construction law and professional liability matters, in which he advises and defends architects, engineers, and other construction professionals in all areas of litigation in state and federal court. David also represents clients in a variety of other areas, including products liability and commercial litigation.

Prior to joining the firm, David practiced law in Birmingham, Alabama, where he defended general contractors and other construction professionals in construction and design defect litigation. While attending law school at Cumberland School of Law in Birmingham, David served as the Writing Editor for the Cumberland Law Review and was a member of the Richard L. “Red” Jones National Moot Court Team.
