Jennifer is a Senior Attorney in Ireland Stapleton’s Estate Planning practice group, where she focuses on the areas of estate planning, probate, trust administration, and related tax matters. Jennifer counsels clients on all aspects of estate planning, including wills, revocable and irrevocable trusts, powers of attorney, healthcare directives, and strategies designed to minimize tax consequences and simplify the transfer of wealth. She works closely with individuals and families to design estate plans that are tailored to their unique goals and circumstances. Jennifer also provides guidance to fiduciaries and beneficiaries as they navigate probate and trust administration matters. She focuses on finding practical solutions to resolve complex estate and trust issues and is committed to making the legal processes feel manageable and understandable for her clients during what can often be a difficult time.
