Paul E. Rumler

Paul E. Rumler is an attorney at Ireland Stapleton whose practice focuses on business law, estate planning, and probate. Drawing on a strong background in economics, accounting, and marketing, as well as more than 30 years of experience operating his own business, Paul approaches corporate and transactional matters with careful attention to detail and a practical understanding of his clients’ objectives.

Paul designs estate plans that are tailored to each client’s personal and financial goals, with an emphasis on tax efficient strategies. He also advises business owners on continuity and succession planning to help ensure the long term stability of both their businesses and their families.

Before joining Ireland Stapleton Pryor & Pascoe, PC, Paul operated his own firm, Rumler, Tarbox, Lyden Law PC, which he founded in 1990. He earned a Bachelor of Science in Marketing from Northeast Oklahoma State University in 1978 and his Juris Doctor from Marquette University Law School in 1981.
