Bill Tanis has been a partner of Ireland Stapleton Pryor & Pascoe, PC since 1982. He has extensive experience in general corporate and securities law, including initial public offerings, private placements, partnerships, joint ventures, mergers and acquisitions, asset dispositions, and entity formations. Bill advises both public and private clients across a wide range of industries, including real estate, construction, equipment leasing, medical devices, banking, financial services, oil and gas, and renewable energy.
Bill’s practice also includes counseling companies through ownership transitions and advising nonprofit organizations. Throughout his career, he has worked closely with boards of directors and management teams on strategic planning, financial matters, employee incentive plans, corporate governance, and corporate restructurings.
