Ireland Stapleton attorney Russell W. Kemp has been named to Community First Foundation’s Board of Directors, and he will chair the Foundation’s Governance Committee.
Kemp is a business and real estate attorney known for untangling challenging and complex legal matters to close deals and resolve disputes for his clients. In his practice, he represents ranch owners, real estate investors and developers in real estate transactions, including property acquisition and sale, construction development, leasing, financing, foreclosure and workouts, partnerships, joint ventures, entity formation, condemnation and title disputes.
Further, Kemp is an active member of the community as serving as a PEP Club member of the Women’s Foundation of Colorado and an Officer of the University of Denver Sturm College of Law’s Alumni Council. Previously, he served as the Founding Chairman of WorldDenver, sat on the Regional Board of Advisors for the Institute for International Education, was past Board President of Habitat for Humanity of Metropolitan Denver, past Trustee of the Metro Denver YMCA and past Chairman of the Downtown Denver YMCA.
