Ireland Stapleton Regulatory Attorney Sean Jennings recently presented at the Colorado Rural Electric Association (CREA) Legal Seminar in October 2022.
In his presentation, Jennings highlighted current topics at the Public Utilities Commission affecting Colorado’s energy landscape, including emissions reduction and clean energy rules, regional energy markets, and legislative changes.
